Our Coaching Framework

A powerful synthesis of proven transition methodologies tailored for the demanding realities of global higher education.

GROW & OSKAR

We set clear, student-owned goals for the transition, assess their current reality, explore options, and establish will. We heavily focus on existing solutions, strengths, and personal know-how.

Bridges' Transition Model

True transition is psychological. We actively guide students through the three phases: honoring the Ending of their high school identity, surviving the messy Neutral Zone, and launching their New Beginning.

Cultural Intelligence (CQ)

Building the practical skills required to adapt seamlessly to new cultural contexts, improving communication with professors and peers, and reducing the stress of misunderstandings.

A Flexible Coaching Framework

A structured progression built around your student's timeline — expanded, compressed, or reordered to fit the unique demands of each transition. Every engagement is co-designed in the first session.

1

Self-Discovery

Who am I, and what do I want?

We establish a foundation of self-awareness. Students map their core identity using the Values Compass, articulate their College Vision, and explore their Voice in the Room regarding classroom engagement.

2

The Neutral Zone

Navigating the in-between.

Moving from the known to the unknown. We actively anticipate the transition by Honoring the Chapter they are leaving, defining their Boundary Blueprint with family, and mapping a future Support Network.

3

Arrival Readiness

Equipped to arrive and thrive.

Shifting to strategic integration. We build tools like the Academic Transition Plan to decode the new college syllabus, and the Energy Audit to master unstructured time and capacity management.
